The production process of aluminum profile mainly includes three processes: casting, extrusion and coloring (coloring mainly includes oxidation, electrophoresis coating, fluorocarbon spraying, powder spraying, etc.).

Aluminum profiles are divided into:

1. Industrial aluminum profiles: mainly used in aircraft, trains, industrial radiators, automobiles, electrical appliances, etc.

2. Aluminum alloy building profiles: mainly used for building doors and Windows, curtain walls, indoor and outdoor decoration and building structure aluminum profiles.

Aluminum profiles are divided into:

1. Anodized aluminum: the profile surface is anodized, electrolyzed or organic colored.

2. Electrophoretic painted aluminum: the surface of the profile is treated by anodic oxidation and electrophoretic painting.

3. Powder spraying aluminum: the surface of the profile is coated with thermosetting organic polymer powder.

Key indicators:

1. Appearance quality: anodized profile surface is not allowed to have electric burns, oxidation film shedding and other defects affecting the use; Electrophoresis, powder, fluorocarbon profiles painted after the film should be uniform, clean, smooth, do not allow wrinkles, cracks, bubbles, flow marks, inclusions and paint film off the impact of the use of defects, but in the end of the 80mm local film allowed. The appearance quality of aluminum alloy building profiles affects the architectural decoration effect, so the factory profile surface must be covered with film, to avoid transportation, piling up the process of surface scratches, bruises, corrosion. 4. Chemical composition and mechanical properties: the technical parameters of chemical composition and mechanical properties of aluminum alloy profiles with different grades and supply status are different, and the customer shall check them one by one according to the standard (contract).

5. Color and chromatic aberration: there are differences in color and chromatic aberration between different brands and available alloys. It is suggested to fully consider the influence of color and color difference inconsistency on building structure when selecting alloy brand and supply status.

6. Salt spray corrosion resistance, wear resistance, weather resistance, mortar resistance, etc. : this is an important technical parameter of aluminum alloy profile, reflecting the performance of aluminum alloy profile and affecting its use.
